ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.


DEFINITIONS

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer, and any or all Agreements:


“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.


“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us” refers to C3 Digital.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the Client and C3 Digital, or either the Client or C3 Digital individually.


All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services and/or products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing English Law.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.


PRIVACY STATEMENT

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company, on a strict need-to-know basis, use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.


CONFIDENTIALITY

We are covered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and, as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties where legally required.

Client records are regarded as confidential and will not be divulged to any third party other than our manufacturer/supplier(s), or if legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities.


Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of, any and all Client Records we keep, provided that reasonable notice of such a request is given.


Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with written information, handouts, or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.


WARRANTY – UK MAINLAND

Covers hardware failure but excludes accidental damage or user error.
Free lifetime telephone and email technical support.
14-day returns policy.


All standard product ranges come with a 3-year warranty starting from the date of invoice. Products purchased before 18/01/2016 carry a 1-year warranty period.
Any suspected hardware failure must be reported to C3 Digital first. Technical support will be provided to determine whether a genuine hardware fault exists. Hardware failure must be confirmed by C3 Digital.


REPAIR & REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Once hardware failure has been confirmed, the product must be repackaged using the original packaging materials. At C3 Digital’s discretion, either:
The faulty product will be collected and repaired or replaced, or
A replacement product will be sent and the faulty unit collected.
All deliveries and collections are at the cost of C3 Digital.
Incorrect packaging voids liability for transit damage. If the product is returned in full working order, all incurred costs will be passed to the customer.


ON-SITE SERVICE

Screens up to 55” and media players: swap-out or collect & return service.
Screens over 55” and freestanding units: on-site service only.
Equipment must be accessible; technicians will not remove screens, dismantle non-standard installations, or work above ground level.
A call-out charge of £150 + VAT applies where no genuine fault is found.
Warranty Exclusions (All Regions)


THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Transit or installation damage
Inadequate ventilation or enclosure integration
Misuse or unintended applications
Altered serial numbers
Cosmetic damage
Accidents, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or natural events
Unauthorised repairs or accessories
Electrical surges or incorrect voltage
Burn-in, pixel defects within manufacturer tolerance, mura, or brightness degradation due to aging
Signal interference or reception issues
Product removal or reinstallation


WARRANTY – EUROPE

Warranty terms mirror UK coverage, with replacement parts supplied where appropriate. If repair facilities are unavailable, products must be returned for repair at C3 Digital’s cost. Advanced replacement parts may require faulty components to be returned at the Client’s cost.


WARRANTY – OVERSEAS

Warranty terms mirror UK coverage. However, return shipping and repair costs are the responsibility of the Client. Replacement parts may be supplied at C3 Digital’s discretion.


MANUFACTURER WARRANTY & FULFILMENT

All products are supplied directly from our manufacturing partner, Allsee Technologies Ltd, and are subject to availability at the time of order. Warranty coverage, fault diagnosis, repair or replacement decisions are determined by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms and procedures and remain at the manufacturer’s discretion. C3 Digital does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer and shall not be liable for any warranty decision, refusal, delay, or limitation arising from manufacturer assessment or stock availability. This does not affect your statutory rights. 


DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

C3 Digital uses third-party couriers and accepts no responsibility for loss of profits due to late delivery, including missed installation dates or project delays.

Products must be checked within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must be noted as “damaged” or “unchecked” when signing for delivery. Failure to report issues within 24 hours voids replacement eligibility.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 Digital:
Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
Excludes liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or system damage
Statutory consumer rights are not affected.


RETURNS POLICY

Returned products must be complete and in “as new” condition, including original packaging and accessories. A full refund will be issued for eligible returns, excluding delivery costs.


Custom or bespoke products are non-refundable.


PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted payment methods include Cash, Cheque, and BACS Transfer.
Custom or special orders: 30% deposit on order, balance due on delivery
Optional leasing may be available via third-party providers
Late payments accrue interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.
Goods remain the property of C3 Digital until paid in full.
Returned cheques incur a £25 administration fee.


TERMINATION AND REFUNDS

Either party may terminate a Services Agreement at any time. Returned stock may incur a restocking fee. Refunds exclude delivery charges and do not apply to customised products.


AVAILABILITY & USE

You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any downloads or materials. Redistribution or republication without written consent is prohibited.
By using this website, you indemnify C3 Digital against any loss or damage arising from use of the service.


GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

By accessing this website or communicating with us, you consent to being contacted by C3 Digital.
